The Finance bureau and the state archives bureau on December 11, 2015 issued "accounting archives management method" revision, the new method since January 1, 2016. Mainly for the following five revised content.

    1.er To perfect the definition and scope of accounting files.

    2.To clarify and strengthen the requirement for the management requirements of electronic accounting files.

    3.To perfect the destruction program of the accounting files.

    4.To clarify the requirement for the management of accounting files and exit.

    5.tTo revise the keeping duration of the accounting files, and extend the duration to move the file to the record keeping section.
